1. Introduction & Acceptance

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with applying mental skills in the saddle. Deena Cooper - Psychologist is not liable for any physical injury, property damage, or accident that occurs while you are riding or applying our techniques.
8.3 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
9. Refunds (Australian Consumer Law)
9.1 No Change of Mind
As our products are digital and immediately accessible, we do not offer refunds for "change of mind."
9.2 Major Faults
If the digital content is faulty (e.g., files are corrupt) and cannot be fixed, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
